VIP Puppy Programme

Bringing home a new puppy is one of life's most exciting moments, but those first few weeks can quickly become overwhelming.

Toilet accidents, nipping & biting, jumping up, inability to settle and endless questions can leave even experienced dog owners wondering if they're doing everything right.

Our VIP Puppy Program is designed for busy families who want their puppy to receive professional, consistent training from the very beginning.

Instead of trying to fit training around work, family and everyday life, we'll come to your home every weekday for two weeks and do the hard work with your puppy. While you're at work, running errands, working from home or simply getting on with your day, your puppy will be learning the essential life skills they need to become a confident, well-mannered companion.

Because training takes place in your puppy's own home environment, they learn where it matters most, making it easier for those new skills to become part of everyday life.

What's included?
Over the course of two weeks, we'll work on:

• Introduction to Puppy Socialization
• Handling and grooming
• Calmly accepting a harness, collar and lead
• Loose lead walking
• Puppy biting (nipping)
• Toilet training
• Preventing separation anxiety
• Preventing resource guarding
• Leave It
• Recall
• Jumping up
• Go to bed / crate 

No two puppies are the same, so every session is tailored to your puppy's individual progress, confidence and personality.

Daily Training Visits
Your puppy will receive 10 one-to-one training sessions over two consecutive weeks (Monday to Friday).

Each visit lasts approximately 30-45 minutes, providing the perfect amount of focused training without overwhelming your puppy. Young puppies learn best through short, positive sessions that keep them engaged and eager to learn.

Weekly Handover Sessions
Training isn't complete without you.

Every Friday, after your puppy's daily training session, we'll spend approximately 30 minutes with you in a Handover Session, where we'll:

• Show you everything your puppy has learned that week
• Demonstrate how to continue the training
• Answer any questions you have
• Give you practical advice for maintaining your puppy's progress

This ensures you're confident continuing the training long after the programme has finished.

Daily Progress Updates
After every training visit, you'll receive an email summarising what was covered during that day's session. By the end of the programme, you'll have a complete record of your puppy's training journey and a clear plan for maintaining everything they've learned.
