- Please note that only 2 cancellations/ rescheduled sessions are allowed in each plan. Once those 2 are used, the session will be forfeited

- The plan fee must be paid in full at the end of the first session. There is the option to pay by card, cash or Revolut and a receipt will be given to you if requested.
- Fees and prices are subject to change without notice
Refunds
- Please note that once the plan is paid, no refund will be given. You can however, transfer the plan to someone else.
Timeframe of Plans
- All sessions/ plans must be completed within 60 days from the day of the 1st lesson or the sessions will be forfeited.
Method of Training
- Woof Me uses positive reinforcement methods only. No punishment, force or intimidation will never be used in the training sessions. Clients must follow the same technique and way of training during the whole plan or Woof Me reserves the right to cancel the plan (at any time & with immediate effect) if any punishment or equipment that causes fear, distress or pain is used to the dog. This includes but is not limited to prong, choke chain collar, remote training collar, yanking, shouting etc.
- All methods used are kind, ethical and effective; however, they are not instant and take commitment from the client to work with their dog in the long-term.
- Although Woof Me cannot fully guarantee a 100% success rate with any training plan, the methods used have a high success rate with clients who follow and practice them in the long term.
Safety
- All dogs that are known to have a bite history (either with other dogs or humans), or that have otherwise previously caused injury, need to wear a muzzle and be on a short lead. Woof Me accepts no responsibility for dogs who are not muzzled, or otherwise not kept under control, during the session or when working outside of the session. Failure to wear a muzzle when requested may result in the immediate termination of your support and a refund will not be offered.
- You are responsible for your dog’s safety and behaviour at all times and you are advised to ensure you have adequate pet or household insurance cover for liability in the unlikely event of damage or injury caused by your dog to property or to a third party
